Rob McGuire, a veteran former prosecutor now an attorney with MMRS Law, went on Newschannel 5 to discuss the grand jury decision in the shooting of Michael Brown by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. McGuire, who was thirteen year member of the Nashville District Attorney's Office, called the decision to allow Wilson to testify in front of the grand jury 'unusual'.
"Whatever happened on the street in Ferguson matters on the streets of Nashville, Tennessee, "McGuire said in the story. "Because we have to do a better job of protecting young black men. We have to empower police officers to feel like they don't have to treat everybody as a suspect."
